"How long will my order take to arrive?" 

We ship our products from United States or China depending on the stock status in our warehouses. 

Standard Shipping: Orders are processed and prepared to be shipped within 1-3 business days. Your order will be shipped to your doorstep in approx 4 -14 Days. There are no hidden charges. If the package is not been delivered within this specified time, feel free to contact our customer support team for an update. Shipping times can be found in the product description on all products as well as shipping times sometimes vary depending on the item in particular. ( Note: The shipping time does not include the order processing, preparation, and dispatch time, which is generally 1-3 business days. ).

"How does shipping work?"

This means that your order is shipped from all over the world. Our shipping methods for the majority of our shipments are USPS and FedEx. 

  Because we ship directly from our partners and a lot of our products are in high demand, your item(s) may take 4-14 (business days) to arrive. If you buy different items it is possible that you will receive more than one package. 

 Please do not worry if it does not show up immediately. We provide tracking numbers with every number as well.

 VAT or İmport Tax 

Our product price does include VAT or import tax. VAT and import duties are paid by us at the time of import. 

Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) Shipping 

At WEWOLLO, we aim to provide you with a seamless shopping experience. For orders shipped our customers in the USA  we use the Delivered Duty Paid (DDP) shipping method. 

"What does DDP mean for you?" 

  • No Additional Charges: All shipping, customs, and import duties are covered by us. You will not incur any additional charges upon delivery. 
  • Inclusive of Taxes: The price you pay at checkout includes all applicable taxes and import duties. There will be no additional fees or taxes due upon delivery. 

With our DDP shipping policy, you can shop with confidence, knowing that there will be no unexpected costs or delays due to customs or import duties.

"How can I return an item?"

 "How long will it take for you to reply to my message?" 

 We strive to maintain one of the fastest response times on the web. Thus far we manage to meet our best results regularly and respond to inquiries within 1-3 hours, but we aren't always perfect so please allow up to 24 hrs -- especially on weekends or holidays. We guarantee awesome customer support! 

 "How to track my orders?" 

Once your order shipped out, we will send you a shipping confirmation email that includes your tracking number and tracking link which help you track your package. Once the shipping company provides the tracking number, we will send it to you as soon as possible.
